Had an easiyo yogurt maker from my sister for my birthday. It has made gorgeous yogurt that I have used over the weekend: cucumber and mint raita with an indian meal, baked courgettes in yogurt, yogurt salad dressing, bhuna sauce and on cereal with fruit! There are so many uses for yogurt!
